- At Kippax Mediation, we are committed to supporting initiatives to increase access to justice to those undergoing divorce or separation.
- We recognise that some families face significant cost pressures and others delays which can limit access to justice.
- Therefore, we are committed to offering two to four Mediation Information and Assessment Meetings (MIAMs) pro-bono (free of charge) each month.
- Cynthia Pine welcomes being listed on The Family Separation Support Hub (FSSH) which is being delivered by the founders of OnlyMums & Dads who have years of experience of working with separating families and professionals.
- We are delighted to be taking part in the new FAIRE Service for families across Essex where we provide pro bono MIAMs in a collaboration with the University of Essex Law School and Tendring Families First through the FAIRE Service.
The FAIRE Service
FAIRE: FAmily mediation Improving Resolutions across Essex
The FAIRE service provides family mediation at no-cost-to-family at separation or divorce relating to child arrangements and/or finances improving resolutions and access to justice for families across Essex. The Service includes parenting disputes where families have already separated or never lived together.
The FAIRE Service is a collaboration between The University of Essex Law Clinic, Kippax Family Mediation and Tendring Families First.
Kippax Family Mediation
Kippax Family Mediation specialises in providing alternative dispute resolution for families undergoing divorce or separation. Our mission is to support families to develop their own solutions on child arrangements, division of financial assets and co-parenting in the future. The mediation component of the FAIRE Service is led by Dr Cynthia Pine CBE, Registered Family Mediator, Director of Kippax Design Ltd of which Kippax Family Mediation is a part.

University of Essex Law Clinic
University of Essex Law Clinic delivers free legal advice and access to justice for the local community, whilst Law students, supervised by legally qualified staff in Family Law, gain pro bono experience and opportunity to develop skills.

Tendring Families First
Tendring Families First is a charity providing early intervention and holistic support for children and families across one of the most deprived districts in the UK, Tendring.
