Dr Cynthia Pine CBE, MBA, PhD, FRSA.

Cynthia is a trained family mediator registered with the Family Mediation Council. She provides professional support to families through mediation, helping them develop their solutions for their future as separate individuals, and as co-parents. Separation and divorce can generate family conflict with a profound impact on health and well-being. Research shows us that if parents can be supported to have a future focus, they are well placed to determine what’s best for their family. This approach underpins Cynthia’s research and aligns exactly with family mediation. Cynthia has over thirty years’ internationally awarded expertise supporting families to improve their health. With a strong background in financial matters, Cynthia supports separating and divorcing couples dividing their assets to develop fair outcomes through mediation. Cynthia also co-mediates with other mediators on the Family Mediation Council register. Cynthia Pine is the Managing Director of Kippax Design Ltd of which Kippax Mediation is a part.

Jan Coulton LLB (Hons), FMCA

Award-winning mediator of the year 2018 to 2020 and 2020 to 2022, a leading family mediator in the UK, Jan has over 34 years of experience as a mediator and specialises in family, finances, and children mediation.  Jan has held the Child Inclusive Mediation specialist qualification for 24 years and as a Professional Practice Consultant, supervises a number of accredited mediators. Jan is qualified to conduct mediation information and assessment meetings (MIAMs).  Jan co-mediates with other mediators on the Family Mediation Council register.

Mika Pine BA (Hons), GDL

Mika Pine is a highly experienced family law barrister having been called to the Bar in 2007. Mika’s working environment is family court and she has represented clients cases in the High Court and the Court of Appeal in London. Mika works in all areas surrounding family breakdown from domestic abuse and injunctive relief, to arrangements for children, care proceedings and finances on divorce. After many years of undertaking cases in family court, Mika recognises the significant benefits of alternative dispute resolution provided by family mediation. Her expertise provides Kippax Mediation a unique view on current family law procedures in England and Wales. Mika Pine is a Director of Kippax Design Ltd of which Kippax Mediation is a part.
